Hello there folks. Welcome to the page of rants by a girl trying to lose weight and stay fit, all while harboring a deep and lasting admiration of food.

My fit(fat?)ness diary will be where I will record my observations (and pet peeves) about dieting, working out, and living with the ultimate goal of physical and emotional health and wellness. I joined the gym a few months ago and it's been a bit of a rocky road since (some of the usual ups and downs).

I can't promise you that I won't diverge from said topics, but then again you know I'm mad, so don't blame the writer.

Now sit back, grab a bag of chips (err, ice chips that is) and enjoy the show.
